Founded by producer Zach Hatch, 303E is a Los Angeles-based production company focused on honoring the ritual of storytelling by developing projects that redefine mediums, inspire empathy, and transcend the work of art in the age of mechanical reproduction.

Zach Hatch (they/them) is an independent producer known for their ability to discover and interpret various forms of Intellectual Property (IP) for scripted development. Current credits include The Electric Hour created by Pulitzer Prize winning librettist, Roxie Perkins, which they are executive producing alongside Monica Owusu-Breen for 20th Television (the project was formerly set up at Hulu with Leslye Headland attached and is currently being shopped to other buyers). Zach is also producing a scripted TV series based on the lives of infamous prankster activist duo, the Yes Men, with Station26 and Range Media. Additionally, they have several other projects in various stages of development.

Previously, Zach was manager of development at Storied Media Group, where they focused on the packaging of IP based projects and  played a pivotal role in establishing StoryScout, an exclusive subscription service for IP discovery. They were tasked with curating IP for a handful of high profile writers, directors, and producers. While at Storied, Zach set up a range of scripted projects based on IP from publications such as the Washington Post, Guardian, Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, South China Morning Post, and NPR. They are also a long time collaborator with the critically acclaimed theater company Ontroerend Goed and worked on award-winning productions such as All That Is Wrong and A History of Everything. Zach is a graduate of UCLA’s School of Theater, Film, & Television. They are repped by Bruns, Brennan & Berry PC.
